‘The King Building’ was built in 1894 and was home to a bank until it was renovated to apartments 100 years later, in 1994. While maintaining the building’s original architectural details and period charm, twelve modern apartments were constructed. It also serves as one of our main corporate apartment buildings and is home to our management offices. Each floor has two apartments, one bedroom and two bedrooms. There are complimentary laundry facilities on every even floor and a jacuzzi bathtub in every two bedroom apartments. The building has a recently upgraded satellite TV setup, in contrast with the original (now decorative) US Mail Chute, which remains as a relic of the building’s rich history. The King Building is located in Boston’s Financial District, just steps to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, Downtown Crossing, Post Office Square, Government Center, Chinatown, The North End, Christopher Columbus Park, The Freedom Trail, The New England Aquarium, Massachusetts General Hospital, and every form of public transportation. Whether traveling for business, medical treatment, or vacation, this is a first-rate downtown location, appropriate for all. One and Two Bedrooms offered from

Formerly known as "The Mansion," this is a traditional Victorian style brownstone offering short-term studio and one-bedroom apartments. This single family mansion was renovated by the famous New England woodworker, Bob Villa, of "This Old House." While the building has a grand foyer with fax machine, an elevator and laundry facilities, it is one of our more traditional and antique style buildings, offering a glimpse of Boston’s rich history. This building is close to the Hynes and Copley T stops
